概要

JF-2002テンプレート式自動化すうりゅうき数枚のテンプレートを通じて整粒、数粒を行い、更に回転を通じて充填通路に入って瓶詰めを行うこの設備は材料皿、数枚のテンプレート、揺動テンプレート、揺動機構、材料投入機構及び制御システムである。全機械は全閉鎖構造設計を採用し、PLCシステムは操作し、また複数の保護装置を搭載している

薬剤との接触部が316 Lのステンレス鋼または無毒化学的に安定な非金属材料で作製した。
Overview
JF-202 Template Counting Machine sorts and counts grains through several templates, then spins medicines to let them enter filling channel for bottling. This machine is made up of material disk, several templates, swing mechanism, discharging mechanism and control system. The whole machine adopts totally-enclosed structure design, Plc system operation, and many protective devices are also installed.
